When I first started eating a plant-based diet in 2007, I tried recipes from different sources and was turned off by most of them. It took me several years to realize that it wasn’t the food that was bad, it was the recipes. I wasn’t a great cook at the time, so it wasn’t easy for me to identify what the issues were. I just knew I missed cheese and I didn’t know how to satisfy that craving. Maybe you’re feeling the same way?

I have over 25 years of personal experience and knowledge of plant-based cooking and nutrition

I earned the Professional Plant-based Cooking certification from the Rouxbe Cooking School.

* All Vegologie recipes were developed by me and taste tested by Mr. Vegologie (Matty). He is not 100% vegan, so he keeps me honest when developing the dairy, meat, and egg swap recipes. Trust me, they're amazing!
