Blueberry Cinnamon Overnight Oats

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats (can use rolled oats also)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (topping) or frozen (in jar)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a mason jar or other container, add all ingredients and shake or stir to combine all.  *if using frozen blueberries, add to jar instead of topping finished oatmeal
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • In the morning, either eat cold or heat up for a warm meal. 
  • Optional: top with nuts, seeds, nut butters, or add another fresh fruit option
  • Enjoy!
