Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Blueberries (fresh or frozen) - 1/2 cup
  • Chia Seeds - 1/4 cup
  • Almond Milk (or other non-dairy milk) - 1 cup
  • Maple Syrup, Agave Syrup or Date Paste - 1 tbsp 


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process for a few seconds until all combined.
  • Pour into container of choice. I use an 8oz/half pint Ball jar.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow to thicken
  • Enjoy!
